The Brown Bag Lunches are UC-AFT 1474's series of lectures and discussions on topics related to labor and higher education.

On November 9th, Peter Olney's talk is entitled: "Not Your Daddy's Labor Union: Prospects for Revival of the US Trade Union Movement" Peter will explore recent trends in labor organizing and politics with emphasis on respecting the needs and aspirations of existing union members and their institutions. West Virginia teachers, Bernie Sanders, Amazon workers and the defeat of Right to Work in Missouri will all be part of the mix.
