Dear Colleagues,


Please join us at 2 p.m. tomorrow, Oct. 3, for a one-hour webcast on the 2020 Project and Backfill Space Allocation proposal.

The primary focus of this webcast is to provide information about the space allocation proposal published on Sept. 27 for community dialogue and input, including what:


methods we used to collect information to create the roadmap;

guiding assumptions underlie the proposal;

does the proposal achieve for UC Merced;

are some of the unresolved issues; and

is the proposed decision making process.


If you are unable to participate in the live broadcast, you can view the recording on the Provost’s website (link will be provided post-broadcast). All supporting documents (PowerPoint, etc.) will also be posted online as an ongoing, self-help resource.


NOTE: Questions will be accepted and answered during the webcast as time allows. The online form will ask for a name, but any text can be entered into that field for anonymous submissions.
