Apps DUE: 2nd Annual Professional Showcase

You are invited to submit an application to be a presenter at the UC-AFT Second Annual Professional Showcase. 

In support of their work as instructors and information professionals, UCLA lecturers and librarians engage in many different creative and scholarly activities, including the conduct of research, development of innovative teaching methods, creation of information resources, production of graphic and performance arts, and many others.  Results of this work may take the form of books, articles, online resources, posters, sound recordings, works of art, and so on.  We welcome a wide range of innovative and creative works.  
 
Last year’s event was very successful; twelve members of Local 1990 presented work including books, videos and posters.  Visitors included a large number of students as well as staff.
 
This program will once again provide a venue for members to share their work with the UCLA community.
