Event description:
This workshop will present Lecturers with the basic criteria, agreed to by Union and University, for assessing our work en route to passing the excellence/merit reviews and receiving contractually mandated minimum salary increases of 6%. If you are undergoing the review this year, we will help you to present the best picture of your performance over the period of your review based on what you have now. For future reviews, we'll help provide you with strategies to best present your performance.
