In this episode of UC-AFT Local 1966's "Get to Know a Lecturer" series, James Anderson speaks with Ben Harder, the former president of, and current grievance steward for, Local 1966. Ben teaches in the writing program at the University of California, Riverside. He is also on the table team representing UC-AFT in statewide collective bargaining.
